EXCHANGE POLICY:

  • We do not offer returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect OR has been delivered broken. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging.
  • In case of defective product, please contact our customer care team within 7 days of delivery. Call or WhatsApp at +91 9717744283, Monday – Sunday 10.00 AM to 8.00 PM IST
  • For Damage/quality issues, please provide order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the defective item along with the packaging it was received in.
  • In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product.
  • Please note that credit note will be valid for one (1) month from the date of issue & can be redeem only in our store pan India.
  • Products purchased during sale period / discounts are not eligible for return or exchange.

REFUND POLICY:

  • We do not offer refund on any of the products purchased.
  • If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will happily exchange and offer a fresh piece.
