Shipping Policy
SHIPPING POLICY:
- At Beyond Desings, we take great care in delivering your products to you, and we partner only with reputed national couriers. For all the products the packaging and shipping cost is as per actuals per SKU (Stock Keeping Unit).
- The shipping cost shall be communicated to you (customer) at the time of purchase confirmation via call and email.
- We try to ship all orders received before 5 pm within 5-7 working days. There may be delays during busy periods or due to unavailability of courier partners.
- Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday.
- Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for inputting, changing or correcting shipping addresses
- As soon as your package ships, you will receive an email confirmation.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or change orders once the shipment is out of our warehouse for delivery.
- Please note that we neither guarantee a delivery time or a delivery service. Once the customer package departs our facility, we do not take responsibility for the delivery.

REFUND POLICY:
- We do not offer refund on any of the products purchased.
- If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria stated above, we will happily exchange and offer a fresh piece.
- In the rare occurrence that a replacement piece is not available, a Credit note will be issued for the full amount for the damaged product.
